Shannon Connolly,
Practice Owner and Therapist

Shannon Connolly, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
I’m passionate about helping others navigate life’s transitions and write their next chapter with intention and hope.
I specialize in working with young adults and professionals experiencing anxiety, stress, perfectionism, burnout, and uncertainty about the future. Many of my clients appear successful on the outside while privately struggling with overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or the pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we'll work to quiet the constant mental noise, build resilience, and help you move toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
I also have a special interest in men's mental health. Many men have spent years feeling like they need to handle everything on their own or keep their emotions hidden. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can explore what's weighing on you, strengthen your relationships, and develop healthier ways of managing stress, anxiety, and life's demands.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Rather than simply reducing symptoms, I believe therapy is about helping you develop psychological flexibility, connect with your values, and build a life that reflects who you want to be.
Let’s work together to turn the page and begin a new chapter—one grounded in self-awareness, empowerment, and possibility.

Areas of focus

Anxiety & Overwhelm

For the persistent worry, racing mind and tightness that make everyday life feel heavier than it should.

Life Transitions

Career changes, becoming a parent, separation, relocation, retirement — the moments that ask who you are becoming.

Identity & Self-Worth

Trying to figure out who you are outside of work, relationships, or family expectations and wondering, "Is this really the life I want?"

Men's Mental Health

Despite appearing successful, you're feeling isolated, emotionally exhausted, and stuck in patterns of anger, withdrawal, or shutting down.
